A bilingual WhatsApp assistant that answers foreign buyers in under a minute, 24/7, qualifies them and books the call.
Buyers in Bogotá, Caracas or Madrid message on their schedule, not yours. When the reply comes the next morning, they've often moved on to whoever answered first. I build a WhatsApp assistant that answers them in Spanish or English within a minute, asks the questions your agents would ask, and puts the serious ones on your calendar. I build it myself — no agency, no account manager.
Leads from abroad don't wait for office hours
Three steps, all on WhatsApp
The buyer writes
From your listings, ads or website, straight into your WhatsApp Business number. The assistant replies in their language in under a minute, day or night.
It qualifies
Budget, area, timeline, cash or financing, when they plan to visit — the questions your team agrees on. It answers from your listings and FAQs, and says so when it doesn't know instead of inventing an answer.
It books the call
Qualified buyers get a call on your agent's calendar, and the conversation summary lands in your CRM or inbox. Any agent can take over the chat at any point, and the assistant goes quiet.
What you get in the pilot
A fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed date, agreed before I start. Delivered in weeks, not quarters.
- Your own WhatsApp Business number connected — yours, not mine
- A Spanish/English assistant set up on your listings, areas and buying process
- A qualification flow written with your team, not a generic script
- Calls booked straight onto your agents' calendars
- Every lead and conversation summary sent to your CRM or inbox
- Human takeover: an agent replies, the bot steps back
- A tuning pass on real conversations after launch
After the pilot, an optional monthly retainer keeps it current — new listings and FAQs, conversation reviews, improvements and priority support. No lock-in: the number, the data and the code are yours either way.
Fixed price for the pilot, quoted after a 20-minute call. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice.
I've already built for this market
For a Century 21 franchise selling to buyers across languages, I rebuilt the site so every listing shows up in search in every language it serves.
- ~1,400 listings in English, Spanish, French and German
- ~99% sitemap coverage in all four languages, up from a handful indexed
- 6,284 hreflang errors traced to one root cause and fixed
The WhatsApp side runs on the same platform as Melow — my multi-tenant WhatsApp AI agent platform, in production. Read the case study →
Before you ask
How much does it cost?
The pilot is a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before any work starts — no hourly meter, no surprise invoice. After that, a monthly retainer is optional. WhatsApp's own messaging fees are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account. A 20-minute call is enough for me to give you a real number.
How long until it's live?
Weeks, not months. Most focused AI integrations like this take two to six weeks, depending on how many listings, agents and systems are involved. The date goes in the quote next to the price.
Which languages does it speak?
Spanish and English out of the box, and it replies in whichever language the buyer writes in — even if they switch mid-conversation. Other languages can be added; we'd scope them on the call.
Does it work with my CRM?
If your CRM has an API or accepts webhooks — most do — leads and conversation summaries go straight into it. If not, they land in a shared inbox or a spreadsheet with an alert to your team. We confirm which on the discovery call, before you commit to anything.
What happens to the buyers' data?
Conversations live in your WhatsApp Business account and a database you own. I don't resell or reuse anything, and the assistant only answers from the listings and documents you approve.
What if it gets a question it can't answer?
It says it doesn't know and hands the chat to your team — it's built to stay quiet rather than invent a price or a detail. When an agent replies, the assistant steps back so the buyer never gets a human and a bot at once.
