// for med spas & dental clinics

Spanish/English WhatsApp booking, FAQs and no-show reminders for your clinic.

Your front desk can't answer WhatsApp in the middle of a procedure, and the phone always rings when nobody's free. Patients who don't get an answer book somewhere else, and some of the ones who did book never show. I build a WhatsApp assistant that answers in Spanish or English, books the appointment and sends the reminders. I build it myself — you talk to the person writing the code.

// the problem

Missed messages and empty chairs

The phone rings during a procedure, nobody picks up, and the patient books with the clinic that answered.
The WhatsApp inbox is the same five questions all day: price, insurance, location, hours, availability.
No-shows leave gaps in the schedule, and reminders only go out when someone has time to send them.
Patients who'd rather write in Spanish (or in English) wait longer for an answer than everyone else.
// how it works

Three steps, all on WhatsApp

  1. The patient writes

    The assistant answers in Spanish or English using your services, hours, insurance and prep instructions — the answers your front desk gives every day.

  2. It books

    It offers available times and books the appointment in your calendar or booking system — or sends a request your front desk confirms in one tap, if you prefer that.

  3. It reminds

    Patients get reminders before the appointment and can confirm or reschedule by replying. Freed slots go back on the calendar. Your team can take over any chat at any time.

// the pilot

What you get in the pilot

A fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed date, agreed before I start. Delivered in weeks, not quarters.

  • Your own WhatsApp Business number connected — yours, not mine
  • A Spanish/English assistant set up on your services, hours, insurance and the prices you choose to share
  • Booking into your calendar or booking system, or a front-desk confirmation flow
  • Appointment reminders with confirm and reschedule replies
  • Front-desk takeover: your team replies, the bot steps back
  • No medical records — booking, FAQs and reminders only
  • A tuning pass on real conversations after launch
After the pilot

After the pilot, an optional monthly retainer keeps it current — new services and FAQs, conversation reviews, improvements and priority support. No lock-in: the number, the data and the code are yours either way.

Fixed price for the pilot, quoted after a 20-minute call. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice.

// questions

Before you ask

How much does it cost?

The pilot is a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before any work starts — no hourly meter, no surprise invoice. After that, a monthly retainer is optional. WhatsApp's own messaging fees are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account. A 20-minute call is enough for me to give you a real number.

How long until it's live?

Weeks, not months. Most focused AI integrations like this take two to six weeks, depending on your booking system and how many services and locations you have. The date goes in the quote next to the price.

Which languages does it speak?

Spanish and English, and it replies in whichever language the patient writes in — even if they switch mid-conversation.

Does it work with my booking system?

If your booking software has an API or calendar sync, the assistant books straight into it. If it doesn't, it sends booking requests your front desk confirms in one tap. We check yours on the discovery call, before you commit to anything.

What about patient data and privacy?

The pilot doesn't handle medical records — it books, answers FAQs and sends reminders. Clinical history stays in the system you already use. Names, phone numbers and appointment times live in your WhatsApp Business account and a database you own, and nothing is resold or reused. If you need HIPAA compliance in the US, tell me on the call: it changes the setup, and I'll be straight about what it takes.

What if a patient asks something it can't answer?

It says it doesn't know and hands the chat to your front desk — it's built to stay quiet rather than invent an answer. It never gives medical advice. When someone on your team replies, the assistant steps back.

Let's see if it fits your clinic.

Twenty minutes: how patients reach you today, where bookings slip, and what the pilot would look like. You talk to me, the person who builds it.
